Our History:
Over 20 years ago a group of teachers, parents, and community members realized our school was looking run-down. Roynon was not the inviting environment our students deserved. It was lacking aesthetically in every way. While it's hard to imagine now with all our school’s beauty, back then Roynon had few sidewalks to classrooms, hardly any plants, no flower beds, no benches, no gardens, and no library mural or arbors.
The non-profit, Roynon Beautification Committee, officially formed and its members vowed to make a difference. Over these past 20 years the group has worked tirelessly to create and maintain the grounds you see today. Roynon is now a beautiful example to all schools along the foothills.
